I used it once and it did an excellent job. I will go over again in a few days. It is very good but leaves a little moisture on the rug. But for the price and ease of use, you can't beat it.

I love this shampooer. It does a great job and, because of the extractor, the carpet dries really fast. If it were self propelled, it would be a 5 but for the money, it's fantastic!
