Sturdy, very well equipped, it produces steady steam. This is a unit that could be commercial if it was any larger, and it needs respect in its use. The manufacturer includes everything you need for most any job, and the only thing I would wish for is a storage/carrying case or bag. A very good unit.

Wonderful! It's lightweight, and safe and easy to use. Between my cat and my 91-year-old Mom, you wouldn't believe the number of hairballs (cat) and spills (Mom) I've had to clean up since I got the steam cleaner. I don't know how I managed without it.

I love it, love it, love it! I gave this 4 stars only because there is no carrying case for the zillion attachments that come with the steam cleaner. Otherwise, it handles showers, around the base of the toilet, the gunk that builds up around the faucets, the other gunk along the floor and baseboards beautifully! My hubby used it on the gas grill, and it's almost like new. I would highly recommend it. Make sure you have an extra large bag to put it all in as not to loose any parts.
