I have three Hamilton Beach Brew stations. The first I got over three years ago,and it is still working. It was retired from my workplace because it was used at my place by all three shifts. It is now used in my garage. The "NEW" Deluxe model is now at my work place serving up great cups of always Fresh Coffee,to me,and my 25 plus fellow Officers. Great product. No wasted coffee.

I love the fact that I can use any size of coffee mug to get my coffee and the coffee stays good and hot for whatever length of time I choose. I do not like the fact that the tank is leaking every time I get myself some coffee. I have looked all over the tank for any cracks but cannot find any. We always find a puddle of coffee under the front of the coffee maker after getting our coffee from the coffee maker.
