Hoover S1361 Portable Straight Suction Canister Vacuum

Great vacuum!

First, I was pleased with how fast the order was shipped. The product leaves a little to be desired. One of the features I wanted to know before ordering was how many amps it was. Couldn't find this info anywhere. Also I have found that one company may call a product by one name while another company calls it something just a little different but it is the same thing. The biggest fault I find with it is the wands will not stay together when using it to vacuum the floor. At times it will fall apart in TWO places with parts falling and striking walls, furniture, etc.. Since the wands are metal (which I would like if it stayed together) it can scratch walls and woodwork when falling. Thank goodness I have a good upright vacuum for cleaning carpets and bare floors. It does really work pretty well for the purpose I purchased it for. That being, cleaning out my car, dusting furniture and small cleaning jobs. (Jobs that require just the use of the hose with the attachments.) I do like its compact size when carrying it around. It is very easy to navigate. Follows you like a puppy. Bottom line is I am fairly happy with my purchase. It works very good for the purpose I bought it for. Just wished the wands wouldn't fall apart all the time. It is rather small, but then the cost was small.
